My dream FINALLY came true, I met a cast member from GLEE!!!!
I was lucky enough to find out about Chris Colfer's San Francisco book signing last week, and once I found out it was a TICKETED event, I bought my ticket right away! I've watched glee from the very beginning and meeting a cast member is such a dream come true.
For those of you who don't know who Chris Colfer is; he is an actor and new author. He plays Kurt Hummel on Glee and he just released his first book, The Land of Stories. I've read the first couple chapters and it is a good read. If you like your fairy tales with a twist...this book is for you!

Time: 6pm-8pm
Of course, the line for the event was incredibly long. That is to be expected, after all this is Chris Colfer we are talking about.
After a certain length away from Chris, the bodyguards and event coordinators wouldn't allow us to take pictures. So these were the best that my friend could take. But they turned out pretty well!
The signing/meet and greet with Chris Colfer went by pretty fast. But I actually got to talk to him and have a quick conversation! Seeing him that close was amazing. Waiting in line for 2 hours was worth it to have that opportunity to see him in person.
He signed my book and he even drew a star next to his signature :D Being that this is my birthday week, this was my birthday present to myself!
I was completely STAR STRUCK! This experience was absolutely amazing.
Many girls at the signing got extremely emotional and started to cry. I tried to keep my composure, but I must admit that I almost cried talking to him, but I kept my cool.
Can't wait for his next book signing! He signed a 2 book deal, so stay turned for the sequel of The Land of Stories.
